How do I order furniture from Bobby Furniture Kenya?
Open any product on our website and tap Order on WhatsApp. A message with the product name, price, product code and link opens in WhatsApp — just press send. We reply to confirm availability, colour, size, the delivery fee to your area and the delivery date. You can also call us on 0708 156 310.
Do I need to create an account or pay on the website?
No. There are no accounts, carts or card forms. You talk to a real person on WhatsApp, ask anything you like, and only pay once everything is confirmed.
Are the prices on the website the final price?
The price shown is the price of the furniture. Delivery is charged separately and depends on your location and the size of the order — we always tell you the delivery fee before you pay. Prices can change, so we confirm the current price when you order.
Do you have discounts or offers?
Yes. We run weekly deals such as Living Room Monday, Bedroom Wednesday and Weekend Dining Deals. See all current deals on our Offers page or ask us on WhatsApp.
Can I order furniture that isn't on the website?
Yes. Send us a photo of the design you like, your preferred size and colour, and we'll tell you if we can make it and the price.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. We confirm the product, total price, delivery fee and delivery date on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
Will you ever ask for my M-Pesa PIN?
Never. No genuine business needs your PIN. If anyone asks for it, don't share it.
How do I know Bobby Furniture Kenya is genuine?

Delivery & assembly
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver across Nairobi and to other towns in Kenya. Tell us your location and we'll confirm the delivery fee and date.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is not free — the fee depends on your location and the size of your order. We tell you the exact delivery fee on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Nairobi usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the item; custom-made pieces can take longer. We confirm the exact delivery day when you order.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Beds, wardrobes and dining sets can be assembled for you when they're delivered — just ask when you order.
What if the sofa won't fit through my door or stairs?
Measure your door, corridor, stairs or lift before ordering and send us the measurements. Large L-seats and U-shaped sofas are usually made in sections that join together, which makes them much easier to carry in. We'll advise before we start making your piece.

Can I choose my own size, colour or fabric?
Many of our pieces can be made in different sizes, fabrics and colours. Send us the product and what you'd like to change, and we'll confirm what's possible and the price.
What is the difference between an L-seat and a U-shaped sofa?
An L-seat (L-shaped sofa) has two sides that meet in a corner — it fits neatly into the corner of a room. A U-shaped sofa has three sides, seating more people and creating a cosy, enclosed sitting area — it suits larger living rooms. See our L-seat buying guide.
How do I know if I need a left-facing or right-facing L-seat?
Stand facing the sofa. If the long chaise side is on your left, it's left-facing; if it's on your right, it's right-facing. Send us a photo of your corner and we'll help you choose.
What is a bubble sofa?
A bubble sofa has soft, rounded, generously padded shapes and deep seats — often called a "cloud" sofa. Read more about bubble sofas.
What bed sizes do you make?
Kenyan beds are measured in feet: 3x6, 4x6, 5x6 and 6x6 (width × length). A 5x6 is the most popular size for couples; 6x6 gives the most space. See our bed sizes guide.
What is a chester bed?
A chester (chesterfield) bed has a deep, button-tufted padded headboard — a classic, luxurious look.
Which is better: corduroy or velvet?
Corduroy is soft, textured and very forgiving with children and pets. Velvet looks rich and glamorous and suits statement pieces. Compare corduroy and velvet.

Each product page lists the material and dimensions we have for that piece. Ask us about the frame, foam and fabric of any item and we'll give you the details before you order.
Care, returns & visits
What if my furniture arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
Check your furniture when it's delivered, before our team leaves. If something is damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I clean my sofa?
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush, blot spills straight away with a clean damp cloth (don't rub), and keep the sofa out of strong direct sun. Read our full sofa care guide.
Can I see the furniture before I buy?
Yes — ask us for extra photos or a video of the exact piece on WhatsApp. You can also find us on Google Maps; message us before you come so we can have your piece ready.
What are your opening hours?
We're open every day, 6:00am to 7:00pm. WhatsApp messages sent outside these hours are answered as soon as we open.
