By ordering from Bobby Furniture Kenya you agree to these terms.

Orders

Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone. An order is confirmed when we send you the final price, delivery date and payment details, and you accept them.

Prices

Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh). We work hard to keep them correct; if a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel.

Photos and colours

Photos show the product as accurately as possible. Colours and fabric textures can look slightly different on screens, and handmade pieces may vary a little.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer, paid to the details we give you on WhatsApp. Never pay to any other number or account, and never share your PIN.

Delivery

See Delivery & Returns. Please inspect your furniture on delivery.

Custom orders

Pieces made to your size, colour or fabric may need a deposit and cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

Returns and faults

See Delivery & Returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
