Delivery

• Nairobi: we deliver to all Nairobi estates. The delivery fee depends on your area and the size of the order, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Assembly: beds, wardrobes and dining sets can be assembled for you on delivery — ask when you order.
• Outside Nairobi: we deliver to other towns in Kenya. The cost depends on your location — ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote before you order.
• When: we confirm your delivery day on WhatsApp when you order. Standard delivery within Nairobi usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the item.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. We confirm your order, price and delivery date on WhatsApp before any payment is made. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or card details.

Returns and exchanges

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp and we’ll make it right. For other returns, please contact us — we handle every case individually and fairly, in line with Kenyan consumer protection law.

Please check your furniture when it’s delivered and before our team leaves.
